What do you like best about Claude?

I like Claude’s ability to understand long and messy documents and turn them into clear, well-structured content. The writing feels natural, and I usually need less editing, especially for emails, summaries, and documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The main thing I dislike is the usage limit. When I’m working on a long document or doing several tasks back-to-back, it can be frustrating to hit the limit in the middle of the work. I also feel that the browsing/internet capabilities could be better on the standard plan. And while the browser experience works fine, I’d prefer a more complete desktop experience. What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude helps us save time on day-to-day communication and documentation work. We use it to turn rough notes, technical information, and longer documents into clear emails, summaries, proposals, and internal documentation. It also helps us structure information faster when communicating with clients and teams.
