What do you like best about Claude?

Claude helps me complete my tasks easily and efficiently, with a clearer structure and more impactful results. The efficiency of integrating with different applications through an MCP server like Jira, Google Workspace, and other tools such as GitLab is very useful. The visual experience is simple and intuitive, giving me control through either the terminal or chat.

Claude’s AI intelligence feels top-notch and genuinely mind-blowing, especially for professional use cases like code completion and the overall impact it creates. Performance-wise, it’s practical and easy to carry forward by using different prompt structures. Pricing currently varies depending on the model used, but it could be improved to reach more users. What do you dislike about Claude?

It hallucinates very easily and goes out of context, which is quite irritating because I then have to bring it back on the right track. Most of the time, when I suddenly ask a different question, it still keeps talking about the previous context, which also consumes more tokens. Sometimes it seems to get stuck in that context, so I have to repeatedly steer it back to make it work properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claude helps me solve my day-to-day tasks by providing a clear plan, a to-do list, and an explanation tailored to my needs. The interface has multiple levels and features like MCP setup, code review, planning, and insight which are very useful for understanding things more deeply and choosing the right approach.

I can use different models for different needs, whether I’m planning an architecture change or handling simple, regular day-to-day work. The planning output is especially clear and often suggests different options, along with the reasoning behind them. Claude also helps me fetch details directly from GitLab by providing MCP access and setup, so the relevant changes are accessible.
