Having Claude directly in Slack means we don't have to switch tabs to get quick answers, summarize long threads, or draft replies โ it fits right into how our team already communicates. Summarizing missed channel activity after time off has been a huge time-saver, and being able to @-mention Claude in a thread for context-aware help feels much more natural than a separate chatbot window. It's also cut down on people pinging teammates for things Claude can answer directly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Claude sometimes struggles with very long or fast-moving threads, occasionally missing earlier context or summarizing a bit too generically when a conversation has a lot of back-and-forth. There's also a slight learning curve for teammates figuring out the best way to phrase requests to get the most useful response. Notification/permission settings could be more granular โ right now it's a bit all-or-nothing for which channels it's active in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
