What do you dislike about Classy Llama?

Haven't run across anything I dislike, every agency charges for their services, so wouldn't be fair to ask them to charge less, since they are so efficient at solving issues or updating changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Classy Llama:

Keep a backlog of updates and tweaks you would like to make, the dev team works quickly and since your paying a monthly retainer, might as well be using their services to make your site better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Classy Llama solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helped us launch our new website from a very old platform that allowed us to streamline the process from web orders to move directly into our ERP.
