What do you like best about Classet?

I really appreciate how easy Classet is to use once you get familiar with it. The platform is super user-friendly and allows for a high degree of customization, especially with scripts, jobs, and follow-up messaging. This flexibility has been fantastic for supporting multiple work sites with different processes and interview questions. What do you dislike about Classet?

Some of the UX aspects and self-service features could be improved. While there have been significant improvements over the past year and the team has been responsive to feedback, there is still some room for further enhancement in these areas to make the experience even more seamless.
