Customization across the different pages is limited. We use it for multiple departments, but it isn’t flexible enough to allow different window sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claromentis Business Enablement and Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infocapture has allowed us to build ticket systems and forms that help us track requests and the SLAs for completion. Retaining these requests has been valuable, since it lets us research past submissions and better understand employee workloads over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
