I like how it is connected to my email, and it logs all of my activity. It is so much easier for me to track interactions with clients.

I often have to reload the dialer, and that is aggravating.

It is absolutely essential to my day. I would recommend implimenting its usage as mandatory, especially if you have any type of account management role.

I am able to organize what communication needs to happen. It logs all interactions with each client. I absolutely love the text/call feature so I don't have to give out my desk number.

The wingman AI bot is always there at meetings by your side and helping you take notes and record the conversation, automatically!

Sometimes the wingman AI bot does not end up joining meetings [if you do not create a calendar invite for the meeting] in which case there is a manual way to tell Wingman to join.

I really enjoy the Flows that Groove allows my team to utilize to pursue and connect with clients. The other feature I really enjoy is the open email feature. It is once to know when someone has already opened and read an email.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I love that Groove syncs with Salesforce so I can easily keep track of emails sent. Also with the sync, you can set up templates that populate data from the lead in Salesforce, so you don't have to type out names/numbers/etc. Groove also keeps track of opened emails and clicked links which really help you understand which customers are looking into your emails.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One small little thing I didn't like was that when I'm typing out an email in GMail, I either have the Groove bar show up which lets me choose which template I want to us and a few other options, but I don't see the bar to change font, size, layout, etc. You have to toggle between both toolbars which is a little cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

Groove helps simplify emailing with the way they can sync with your CRM program. Easily track what is going on with prospects, and have data pulled from your CRM to Groove so you don't have to type all the names out.

I love being able to see which emails are being opened and have actions. It helps me understand which customers to focus on when trying to reach out to people.

Clari has truly revolutionized our forecasting capabilities. Before we used two different software, plus an excel spreadsheet to track new business, and lost business. Having everything roll up into clari makes life so much easier and efficient. There is also a great customer success team. Our CSM is very responsive and helps out with any and all questions we have.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I can't say I have one thing that I have yet found that I dislike about it. I was upset that the monthly total amount wouldn't update when a deal was in "deal review" in salesforce, but the CSM was able to correct this. Sometimes, the updates in certain fields can be slow, like when compared to Dooly,  but

Jump on it. Its made forecasting easier, and more accurate. Before forecasting was a chore, now its easy. Even easier now that you are able to track your deals. Getting your whole salesforce on one software pyas enough in soft costs that it'll pay for itself 20x over.

Beter forecast, and better track deals. Alot of the quarter is spent living in the dark. With Clari it helps shine light on where our deals are, and which ones we need to focus on to get them over the line.

I like that Groove syncs so nicely to SalesForce and we can track emails and activities so well.  Groove allows you to track when the email recipient clicks and opens your emails so you know when they have been read!

There is not a lot that I dislike.  However, I am a bit confused on how to set up and Groove Flow.  Other than that, there are no dislikes!

Problems that have been solved with Groove has been ensuring all of the emails I send clients are being documented in salesforce. This is extremely important as showing activities is crucial to success, and having these easily documented have saved a lot of time!  Again, the main benefit I see is showing when my sent emails have been read and opened by recipients.  This action dictates my call and follow up cadence, and is invaluable!

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Salesforce integration means 3 clicks to send an email to a new prospect, which saves me so much time. It has never "disconnected" from either Salesforce or Gmail, so I'm grateful that I can depend on it to keep all my tracking in place. At a glance I can see how effective my email campaigns are, and can easily make adjustments if they aren't working. The scheduler has increased engagement and gets more prospects on the phone - in my work, that means everything. On top of that, there has been essentially zero downtime, and I greatly appreciate the dependability.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Formatting errors can hang around after a template edit. There have been a single digit number of cases where old formatting of an email clung on so tightly that I had to start a new template from scratch to get it to look the way I wanted to. That reset the statistics, which was unfortunate.

I would love to be able to edit a template in-line in the gmail addon without having to go to the full groove website. It's usually a single character correction, so being able to do that inline as I'm about to send it would be so helpful.

The customer-facing scheduler is great, but I would love more options to customize it with branding and more robust scheduling options  (eg, a custom field where prospects can choose meeting length; force a specific time zone to be seen when prospects see the scheduler)

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a job that relies on getting prospects on the phone. However, we live in a world where an increasing number of people don't want to talk on the phone if they don't have too, so anything that can streamline the process of setting up a meeting and make a phone call feel like a natural next step is more than welcome in my workflow. The scheduler does just that - it skips the exhausting back and forth trying to find matching availability and puts the power in the hands of the customer. Meetings set up with the Groove scheduler are more than twice as likely to happen.

I like the Clari dashboard. It's easy to understand and to manage, and it's very intuitive and useful the creation of filters and different views . It's connected with SalesForce so you can see fast and easy your pipeline and your different opportunities. In addition, you can manage your opportunities directly from Clari so you can modify in one click the most important information, the dates, etc. So I like the perfect integration and easy management.

I don´t have any special negative point about Clari. Until now everything has been easy and useful. I haven't used it deeply but in my standard use of the application, I can't point out a special bad point about the application.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

Try to spend some time to understand the tool at the beginning, the main views and filters and after that you will save a lot of time in your daily sales job.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the daily use of SalesForce without the need of entering to SalesForce in each opportunity one by one. So, with Clari I can have a general overview of the relevant information and relevant opportunities I have filtered based on my own criteria. So I spend less time updating everything because I can do it directly from Clari dashboard with a couple of clicks. So I recommend this tool for the sales people who wants to have a quick and complete update of their pipeline.

Prospecting is the most important aspect of building a successful territory. With Groove you can get creative with your messaging and touch a large number of targets. The ability to do so from my mobile allows me the flexibility to add on the go.

The only downside I can think of is when a prospect opts out of a flow right away but at least then you can at least move on and get to the next yes!

You will find it to be the best investment!

Groove gives me greater insight into who is interested in my solution. As a member of a sales team we can collaborate and share our highest open rated flows. We see greater brand recognition which helps for cold calls and external marketing.

I love the customer service. If I am ever having an issue with anything, I chat them and they are always ready to help. Very receptive and kind!

There were some technical issues that couldn't be resolved, but all in all I think it's a great product.

Before Clari my team was forced to use one off spreadsheets that were always hard to track and never up to date.  Clari puts it all in one place.

Changing fields in SFDC can be tricky because of other required fields.

I love that Groove synchs with Gmail and Salesforce. It helps streamline and minimize the clicks it takes to reach out to my clients. I also love using the data analytics feature to help maximize outreach.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Sometimes I have trouble with formatting. As an example, if I have a templated intended for an event that has aready occured, but we want to use similar language for a future event - I will duplicate the template and make edits.  When that happens, sometimes formatting changes don't stay, or the browser can freeze.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

The ease at which I can compose emails in Groove and use them for outreach through Gmail and Salesforce has made my day-to-day operations much more fluid. I find the Groove scheduler featuer to be extremely useful to connect with clients and the support team is so helpful!

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Groove scheduler allows me to connect with difficult to reach clients much more quickly - there is fewer "back and fourth" emails exchanged when trying to establish availability. Furthermore, Groove has allowed us to uniformly reach out to our clients regarding upcoming events and deadlines. It is useful to see how many emails get a replies - that can tell us which messaging is working and where we can improve.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I love that people can schedule for exactly what they need and that I can edit my availability easily. I also really appreciate that I can easily create new templates and duplicate templates that already exist, which makes it easier for me to communicate with many people in a short period of time. I also appreciate that the groove website is very easy to use. Whenever I have had a technical difficulty, a representative reached out to me and made sure that I was helped and followed up after the issue was fixed to make sure my created templates were back to normal.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I wish that the templates function didn't always add extra spaces when you make a new template in random places - this is something that happens and does not get caught by the "clean up" feature for some reason. I frequently have to delete blank lines in my emails, even though they do not appear when I am in the template creator. Also, as easy as the scheduler option is, I wish it was a little bit easier to change my availability on a week by week basis, since my schedule tends to change slightly each week. This way I would not have to manually block myself out on times I would otherwise be in the office.

If you need a software that integrates beautifully with G Suite and allows both tracking of emails and scheduling appointments, this is the one to go to!

I have made it easier for clients to get a hold of me even when I can't get them on the phone (by scheduling); I also have templates that allow me to communicate more easily and more accurately with many many people.

Clari is used strictly by all of our commercial teams for forecasting purposes. Keeping these values in one easily accessible place for leadership has been so helpful to the finance/ops teams. The tool is dynamic but not too complicated where users will not adopt.

Tool is pricey considering similar platforms.

Honestly, none at this time. I utilize it a lot more since our training we had!

I would definitely recommend training so that you can utilize all of its features!

No problems. I have seen the benefits of me being organized. I have everything there in my flows and templates. I can choose to on "day 1" call a prospect and then "day 2" I can email.  I also love that it logs all my emails in Salesforce!

Wingman (Previously Strings.AI) is an extremely powerful tool that enables call reviews and coaching easy. It's seamless integrations with Sales CRMs such as Outreach and Video Conferencing tool such as Zoom work like magic.

A recorded call includes a transcript, breaks a conversation down to specific highlights such as questions about pricing and competition, talk/listen to ratio, longest rep monologue, etc.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Wingman is just great! While it throws a URL within the CRM for the call transcript and audio recording, it would be great to record presentations made on Zoom as well as auto-fill notes into the CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

Wingman has my highest recommendation as it is not only easy to implement but will empower sales teams to drive efficiency into new hire onboarding, continued coaching, knowledge sharing, etc.

Wingman has made coaching easy. Knowledge Sharing is now seamless and tagging other members of the team to gather thoughts and ideas on how to best address a specific question or use case is made easy.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

My favorite aspects of Groove are:

- The UI is extremely user-friendly from an administrator perspective
- Integration with Salesforce
- The Google Calendar and Gmail Sync is extremely useful for logging tasks and events in Salesforce
- Groove's Omnibar feature, allowing a user to create leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities directly from Gmail
- The automated actions and workflows that users can custom-create for emails
- Groove can also include custom task and event fields within the UI of Google Calendar like meeting details
- The customer support team is amazing

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I have yet to find any major issues that would deter me from recommending Groove at any company I work at. There is somewhat of a learning curve for users who are non-technical, but there is plenty of documentation online to provide them with the support they need.

It is a struggle to get your entire Salesteam to follow processes to properly track calendar events and emails - Groove makes this all possible with just a simple chrome extension. We are easily able to see all of their meetings, inbound & outbound emails with all of their leads and contacts. Groove even makes it easy for them to make sure they are selecting the right person when drafting an email or invite by syncing directly with our Salesforce database.

The ability for our team to share flows & templates makes it easy for new reps & SDRs to onboard quickly.

The inability to distinguish when a prospects opens an email vs. myself or someone else in my company.   I would also like to use the ability to schedule a meeting feature, but can only offer 1 meeting time in the email.  I would prefer you can can put 2 or 3 time slots to let them choose.

As of now, there was a little issue with understanding the words that we speak due to the accent & now it's completely corrected since we had a Wingman voice recognition setup.

For me, not too many downsides.  I wish it wouldn't allow contacts to opt out. Some systems remove that option.

Creating a cadence with my emails has allowed me to stay top of mind with my  contacts.

I'm seeing more responses which translate to better performance.

The calendar scheduling tool makes it easy to find a time that works for everyone attending the meeting. The user interface is clean and straightforward. Email tracking is very helpful to know who is engaged in your emails and how engaged. The end to end experience is great overall.

The multiple templates I can create that align to the marketing of this business. The ease of access to setup appointments digitally has provided the best utility my role at my organization

The app does not work as frequently as I would think. The saving of templates has been a challenge through the add-on to Google Chrome has faltered at times.

Limitations in saving some of the salesforce connection data. The speed to contact has been the biggest benefit as our customer lines are in need of on demand information. Groove provides this for us and the support team has helped to alleviate concerns from the staff.

It is sometimes cumbersome to navigate and challenging to see all deal notes.  This may be because are are using both Sales Force and Clari so may just be an issue from that use case.

Detailed close rates are accurate.  It is nice to see percentage of forecast to close rates.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Groove is really good at getting you organized. Not only do they offer a ton of features for Gmail such as send email later, flows, and calendar availability, but it also syncs with Salesforce to automatically log your communications to better manage your pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Some of the features arent quite as intuitive as our Sales Team would like; flows is great in concept but definitely took us some time to dig through their documentation to get it working. Groove also provides a dialer for our team to make calls and have the disposition automatically logged in Salesforce. The downside are the out of the box call results which we cannot get rid of since we use our own custom values. The record update and logging feature is great to push data into Salesforce but there are some instances where it had trouble finding the correct record and in rare occasions, it didnt log at all.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have set up various flows to help manage our next steps for our outreach cadence. We also use Salesforce integration to log all of our communication. It has saved us a ton of time from copy and pasting from one platform to another. Another great efficiency tool is the template library for emails. We can create and share templates with the team to standardize our communication and save time from having to draft them from scratch.

My organization had specific requests to align our activity syncs to custom CRM activity features.  Groove delivered on our ask.  If we ever had need for training, groove has worked directly with us to ensure users are getting the training that we asked for.  Really a partner for us.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

for the most part groove is very straightforward to implement and use, some of the native data and analytics are geared toward their top tiered level of subscription and don't provide basic user adoption stats.  We have solved for that with our own suite of CRM reporting.  Also would love to see ROI native analytics that tie back to CRM opportunities with their flows feature.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing where Sales reps are spending their time and with what types of activities in a way that doesn't make them double down on doing the activity then going back to log it. An efficiency saver that has improved our data because of the ease of user adoption / adherence.  We are linking our traditional marketing driven campaign process for ROI and are implementing new prospecting strategies.

I really do preach about groove to anyone that will listen. It's great to be able to see when people open my emails in real time. It's also great for me in my role as I am able to see the average view and response rate to analyze which of my email templates are the most efective.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The one thing I dislike about groove so far: I am unable to remove or hide template folders that individuals have shared with me.  We have several individuals who no longer work for my company who have shared folders with me. I suppose I could have an admin in my company login and do that myself, but I would appreciate being able to do this on my own without being a bother to them.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to mass send emails very efficiently and quickly, having some datapoints behind the emails I send when proving how effective or ineffective they are.

Groove continues to improve on it's platform by extending its core functionality to the tools my reps are working in day to day - they can launch flows and flow steps from Gmail or Salesforce with a click or two - without having to open up yet another browser tab to action the steps.  This is a huge productivity gain and helps new reps get up to speed faster, as they are learning processes, not disparate tools.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

As an admin, I don't always have the level of visibility into templates and flows my end users are building out, which can make it a little difficult to troubleshoot questions or issues they encounter. Occasionally the email sync can sync more than we want it to - which is something we are actively working with their support on.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

Have a few flow templates ready to go for rollout, so your end users see the value in flows, and not just open receipts or auto-logging.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Groove has helped the reps prioritize who are the most engaged prospects and where they need to follow up next to maximize productivity and buyer attention. It also helps take the admin work out of logging their emails and meetings, which they very much appreciate :)

I love how easy it is to put together flows as compared to doing mail merges. It's o efficient that you can even add in new contacts for flows or even add on steps after it's already completed. The Analytics portion is also very helpful - you can see if someone clicked links, opened attachments, etc. to help identify warmer leads.

To be honest, there's nothing I don't like at this point. It's so much better than the previous platform we were using.

We were given the opportunity to pilot the program across a few of our client partners for a month or so. It was really helpful - because we realized quickly that it was a tool we really needed and that we would get a lot of use out of. The option to sign the entire team up for access was a no brainer - I highly recommend it for any organization.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling meaningful outreach was very time consuming and it was difficult to stay organized and keep up with it in a timely manner. I've also found that the Groove dialer has nudged me to get on the phone more, which is something I think we all need to do.

The software is very intelligent and needs minimal human efforts. Joins the calls automatically and hassle-free recordings without being worried about missing any recordings for future references.
The other best part is that the recordings can be heard from the audio or viewed as a chat which makes it easier for any future references.

The only thing so far is that if you schedule a call for a certain time but start prior to 15-20 mins - wingman sometimes doesn't record it.

Clari does a good job at taking many sales people's forecasts and then consolidating them together with pretty reports and graphs.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Unfortunately, these pretty reports are more colorful than valuable. The "predictive" weighting and predictions were rarely that insightful, and sales management typically had a much more accurate view on where sales would end up at the end of the quarter.

The problem Clari solved was to take many sales people's forecasts and then present nice  reporting interface that would rollup everyone's information into high level reports appreciated by senior management.

The Groove UI and UX are spectacular. The end-user interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and the bi-directional sync with Salesforce ensures consistency between our rep outreach and the CRM. As an admin, it's also very easy to add additional users to your account without having to reach out to someone at Groove first.

Nothing in particular. We've used Groove for the past 12 months and really haven't had any issues.

I love that it automatically sends a copy of the emails to the Salesforce page. I also like  the fact that if an email could not be tracked, we have an option to look it up and assign it the Salesforce page per client. The email templates and scheduler link saves a lot of time and I utilize it everyday.

There is a a little infinity tab to the right of the gmail. It blocks my Gmail chat based on its position.
