What problems is Clan solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the following problems are solved by clan:

1.Manual leave/attendance tracking prone to errors and confusion.

2.Slow approvals and long wait-times for simple requests (leave, salary slip, info).

3.Lack of a centralized place to check payslips, company policies, or personal records.
