The ease of using Claims Letters saves so much time for the adjuster. You add a template of a letter and then the adjuster just fills in the required fields and then you can send the letter off to be mailed. I think the best part is that we are able to see the applicable policy and then when need to cite policy in the letter you just check the sections of the policy you want to add and it is done.
