What do you like best about CKEditor?

CKEditor along with it's big suite of plugins helps us in creating a feature that is a vital cog of our functionality. Customer Support has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CKEditor?

Has been a good journey all along, couple of areas of improvement as follows:-

CKEditor is easy to integrate and configure for basic use cases, but requires considerable amount of efforts to build custom solutions leveraging their package.

What problems is CKEditor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an All-in-one smart GRC SaaS simplifying risk management and compliance for cloud-native companies. CKEditor helps in drafting unique policy documents which govern rules and steps around how to acheive compliance across different frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR and so on.

With CKEditor, we benefit from Templatised Documents, Revision History for better tracking of changes, Comments support for increased collaboration between us and our customers, and various editing tools to make the documents look and feel similar to MS Word and it's equivalents.
