Civis' new query tool is super helpful and I do not need to use a VPN to write longer and more complicated queries. It has made it much easier to work with my data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had mixed results with Civis support, sometimes they were super responsive and helpful but sometimes it takes a while to get a helpful response, but that is fewer and far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
