I like that it is easy to search for service request and creat work orders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cityworks AMS?

I hate it doesn’t interface with Accela or other programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cityworks AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

This program has allowed for my departm not respond and close out issues in a timely matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
