In my current position, CityWorks was used daily for tracking fleet-related work order data. Although not specifically designed for this function, the software performed well and handled a large amount of data without difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our environment, the inability to add multiple items to a single task was a disadvantage. In a fleet setting, it is preferable to have a single work order with multiple tasks. Our administrator was never able to accomplish this for our use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
