Our company doesn’t want sensitive data stored on personal devices, so we use Citrix to address privacy concerns. With Citrix Workspace, I log in to a virtual office desktop, and access is limited to only certain sites on the internet. The best part is that even when I take a screenshot, it still helps maintain privacy. **What do you dislike about Citrix Workspace?** Sometimes it lags, usually because of poor internet connectivity. **What problems is Citrix Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Citrix Workspace solves problems like accessing office systems securely from different locations. Earlier, working remotely or from a different device was difficult because of the dependency on the office infrastructure. I appreciate how easy it is to log in once we have the credentials, with everything presented clearly on how to use our tools. **What do you dislike about Citrix Workspace?** How it crashes or freezes sometimes, possibly the internet problem or it could be internal problem. I appreciate that it allows access to WebHIS, EMR, and also MCG all in one place, eliminating the need to hunt for different URLs or shortcuts for various hospital systems. It's extremely valuable to have the ability to view lab results, imaging orders, and more in one tab, specifically the journal tab. The most immediate benefit is having a united interface, which simplifies my workflow significantly. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which is always a bonus. **What do you dislike about Citrix Workspace?** If you're too fast at clicking the tab, sometimes it gets laggy. Remove the 3pm reboot maintenance every Saturday at 3am because sometimes we have ED referral to review, then the WebHIS suddenly disappears. **What problems is Citrix Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Citrix Workspace provides seamless EMR access and unifies interfaces for WebHIS and MCG. This frequent refresh cycle is disruptive, and I propose extending the inactivity timer to approximately 60 minutes to enhance user experience.
