It can be centrally managed by IT teams, making administration straightforward, and user access can be quickly revoked or updated when required, which improves both security and operational control. **What do you dislike about Citrix Gateway?** One downside of Citrix Gateway is that the user experience can sometimes be questionable, especially when accessed through a web browser. I would say it worked 99% of the time. It was really helpful to have a safe way to access sensitive information (through a Citrix firewall). **What do you dislike about Citrix Gateway?** I did experience some bugs with Citrix Gateway. Occasionally the site would be down and I wouldn't be able to access my work portal for a few hours. **What problems is Citrix Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Citrix Gateway is the reason I was able to work remotely.
