What do you like best about Citetail?

What I like most about Citetail is how easy it makes GEO and AEO. The UI is clean, intuitive, and simple to navigate, which helps me quickly understand how our brand is performing across AI search. I especially appreciate the AI-focused insights and how the platform turns complex visibility data into clear, actionable takeaways. What do you dislike about Citetail?

Since I’ve mostly been using the beta version, there are still a few areas I’d like to see improved. More integrations, deeper customization, and more advanced reporting would make the platform even more useful across different workflows. I’d also appreciate more flexibility around pricing as the product continues to expand. What problems is Citetail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Citetail solves the challenge of understanding how our brand and content are performing across AI search and answer engines. Instead of manually checking different AI platforms, I can get a clear view of our AI visibility and identify opportunities to improve our GEO and AEO strategy. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has been helpful and responsive whenever I had questions.
