What do you like best about Cisdem ContactsMate?

I've been syncing contacts between Gmail and Outlook for years, and my address book was an absolute mess multiple entries for the same person incomplete fields, outdated phone numbers.

ContactsMate scanned everything in seconds and flagged over 400 potential duplicates across both accounts. I was able to review and merge all of them in one go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisdem ContactsMate?

No iCloud sync support which is a bummer since I use an iPhone alongside my Windows PC. The Windows version is relatively new so it doesn't yet have all the features of the Mac version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisdem ContactsMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had contact data scattered across Gmail, Outlook and multiple exported CSV files from previous phones. Trying to manually deduplicate and consolidate all that was essentially impossible.

Contactsmate gave me a single pane of glass to see everything automatically found the duplicates I didn't even know existed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
