**What do you like best about Cisco Workload Optimization Manager?**

We utilize Cisco Workload in our call center, which makes up the majority of the employees in my business unit. We have multiple different software systems that our reps use and these run very slow while pulling multiple data sources and membership lists together.

**What do you dislike about Cisco Workload Optimization Manager?**

Sometimes it runs slower, newer software/implementation. We are awaiting for a new version to be published.

**What problems is Cisco Workload Optimization Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving issues with reps taking time away from our IT reps to help them reboot our systems or fix glitches that make our software systems run slower. IT reps have more time to work on higher level projects. We haven't updated our "smart" softwares in years, so this has created a faster paced environment for reps to switch from being on the phone with a customer and logging information into our database.
