What do you like best about Cisco Physical Security Solution?

I love the centralized dashboard of Cisco Physical Security Solution, which is a significant benefit for us. It integrates access control and video in one place, allowing us to pull up matching footage immediately if an alert is triggered. This integration speeds up incident investigations by letting us quickly access footage and logs without having to switch between different systems. What do you dislike about Cisco Physical Security Solution?

Reporting could be more flexible, as custom reports for compliance audits take more manual tweaking than they should. Prebuilt templates for common compliance audits would help, along with easier scheduling so reports auto-generate and land in someone's inbox instead of us pulling them manually each time.
