I find Circleback really helpful because it transcribes meetings automatically, so I don't need to worry about taking notes. It's also good at knowing what meetings I have coming up and automatically joins Teams or Zoom sessions, even if I'm not the organizer of the meeting. That feature is pretty nice and better than some of the other tools I've seen, like Microsoft's Copilot AI transcription. I also found the setup to be super easy. Only thing I've noticed is sometimes the transcription doesn't recognize words in the audio, especially if the audio is a bit soft. So they might need to improve the word detection a little bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
