"CIN 7: Smooth, Reliable Performance with Easy Automation Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Cin7 Core?

I think the user interface of CIN 7 is quite nice-looking. It’s easy to navigate, works well, and functions reliably. It also integrates smoothly with the workflow automation tools we use, such as zapier, which allows us to pull down sales orders/orderbooks and delivery notes quickly and efficiently.

Performance-wise, we’ve never had a problem, and it’s always been quick to respond. I’d also say the pricing is quite decent for what you get. I like that the base pricing is fairly cheap, and if you need add-ons you can simply pay for them separately with no fuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cin7 Core?

I think the biggest challenge is the learning curve; there’s a lot of functionality to master right from the get-go. Onboarding people who aren’t tech-savvy can be quite tricky if you don’t have a member of staff who really knows their way around software. I’d say the capabilities of the program itself are almost endless; however, as a small-ish business, we may not necessarily have the skills required to run this software to its full potential.
