I like Cimmaron Mortgage Manager for its automation and text messaging capabilities. It really helps when I mark status updates in my LOS system, as it automates email responses and sends auto notifications for major milestones, keeping my clients and realtor partners updated with their loan process. The text messages feature is nice, especially with Birthday notifications, and it has helped me get business just with those features alone.
