What do you like best about Cimmaron Mortgage Manager?

What I like most about Cimmaron is how much it simplifies the marketing and communication side of our business. I can run reports, build campaigns, and schedule automated broadcasts all from one place. It keeps everything organized, so our loan officers stay consistently in front of clients and partners without having to manually manage every touchpoint.

I also love the flexibility—being able to segment our database, set up targeted messaging, and track who’s engaging with what helps me make sure our outreach is meaningful, not just “noise.” It’s the kind of system that works quietly in the background and makes our team look polished and prepared.

And honestly, one of my favorite parts is their customer service and support team. They’re responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. Any time I hit a snag or need guidance, they jump in quickly and make sure I’m taken care of. That support makes a big difference when you’re managing marketing for multiple loan officers. What do you dislike about Cimmaron Mortgage Manager?

If I had to pick one thing I dislike about Cimmaron, it’s that some of the tools feel a little dated and take more clicks than necessary. When you’re managing reports and campaigns for multiple loan officers, those extra steps add up. I’d love a more intuitive interface and smoother navigation, especially when building campaigns or pulling segmented lists.

There’s also room for more customization—sometimes I know exactly what I want to automate or track, but the system doesn’t always allow it. Cimmaron helps solve the challenge of keeping our loan officers consistently connected with their clients and partners. Instead of juggling multiple systems or doing everything manually, I can manage campaigns, automate follow-ups, and run targeted broadcasts all in one place. It keeps our outreach organized, timely, and personalized—even when everyone is busy.

It also solves the problem of tracking and segmenting large databases. With Cimmaron, I can quickly pull the right groups, monitor engagement, and make sure our messaging hits the right audience. This saves me time and helps our loan officers maintain a strong presence without extra work on their end.
