I like best about CI Synchronizer (Enterprise Edition) is its reliable and automated synchronization of Lansweeper data with ServiceNow. It reduces manual effort, improves CI data accuracy, and makes it easier to maintain an up-to-date CMDB. I also find the configuration flexibility, scheduling, monitoring, detailed logs, and automatic CI relationship mapping very useful. CI Synchronizer solves the challenge of manually maintaining and updating ServiceNow CMDB data from Lansweeper. It automates the synchronization of asset information, reduces duplicate or outdated CI records, and helps maintain accurate CI attributes and relationships. This gives us better visibility into the IT environment and provides a more reliable single source of truth for configuration data.
