What do you like best about ChurnZero?

The most helpful thing about ChurnZero is that, as a CS, it gives me the most useful information I need about my accounts all in one easily accessible place. It’s also very easy to enter information about my accounts so I can review it later. One of the best features is the AI tool that sends a follow-up email after I add a transcript. It’s super helpful, and it even fills in the recipients’ email addresses for me based on who was in the meeting. It’s a real life- and time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurnZero?

One thing that’s confusing is that we have to create a segment. As a new user, it can be hard to filter through tasks and find accounts. Once you get the hang of it, it’s okay, but at the start it isn’t very straightforward to know where to look. After completing the training, I understood it much more. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChurnZero is helping me solve the challenge of getting organised and staying organised. With so many accounts, it used to be confusing to know where to start or where to look, but now it’s all in one place with the right information. Before this, I was using four internal software tools and still had to speak to people in the business to get what I needed. It’s also super helpful that emails and all interactions are connected, so I can get a quick overview. It saves me time when I’m preparing for a meeting because I can easily review the notes, the AI overview, and my previous interactions, and it’s great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
