CCB is easy to use and easy to make changes. It is user friendly and how to do things is basically innate. I went through a long training process as we switched over but the things I do Day-to-day don’t need a lot of training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been things that we would like to be able to do and we’ve been told that it’s coming soon (or that they’ve heard that often and it will eventually be added).
