System can time out or go to sleep at times, this can be frustrating when trying to send a report to partners. Can sometimes result in duplication of reports as it leaves the user feeling that a report has not been sent due to a timed out error message. However, can occasionally result in a second report sent out or issues with formatting when trying to send again. This is the biggest cause of users having low confidence in the system.
