What do you like best about Christian & Timbers?

We liked most that they don't treat search like a black box. A lot of executive recruiters we worked with before just vanish for weeks and then pop back up with a couple of random resumes. Christian & Timbers actually uses data and a transparent platform, so u can see exactly who they're talking to and where things stand. Plus, they actually get tech. What problems is Christian & Timbers solving and how is that benefiting you?

In big tech, the hardest part is finding executive leaders who can actually handle our scale.... most elite VPs of Engineering aren’t looking for a job, and traditional recruiters just recycle the same resumes (meh).
