What do you like best about ChipBot?

I like how easy it is to set up the website video widget. You have many options in terms of where you want the video bubble to show up, which gives me the ability to record and show specific videos for different audiences. I also like how you can add CTA buttons on the video itself, so you can encourage people to click and opt into your offer or visit a different page to learn more. What do you dislike about ChipBot?

The UI/UX can be improved. The UI looks a little dates, so I sometimes find myself not as engaged with using the tool. The way it displays the analytics is pretty basic. Also the UX can be improved. when setting up the widget, I sometime get confused about where certain settings are and/or if I can even change parts of the video bubble in the first place. What problems is ChipBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can actually show my face and speak to people directly on my site, which personalizes me and my website. It's much easy to speak about what my business offers over video and my audience enjoys that much more that just reading text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
