What do you like best about Chillifactor?

The best part about Chillifactor is that no other software provides is that you can create a pool of candidates for future openings and vacancies in present time. And you do not have to oay a huge amount for this like other softwares because the plans are very budget friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chillifactor?

I think their customer support process can be improved and sometimes its hard to get hold of their customer support team. If connected, we have to wait for the right person to get on the call which is time taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chillifactor solving and how is that benefiting you?

1st problem is creating a pool of candidates for future hires that no other ATS software provides.

2nd problem is that the other ATS softwares are expensive while Chillifactor is quite budget friendly in my opinion.

3d problem is that other portals do not provide end to end solutions. In Chillifactor, we are able to recruit new hires, submit the, get intervies and send offers and other onboarding matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
