What do you like best about ChiDesk?

I like that it's multi functional and that it can be used for all types of businesses that see clients on a day to at basis. It's easy to use. It's great for any operating system including Linux. I like that it's way more economical compared to other software of similar capability currently being used on the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChiDesk?

My only complaint is that it's not a super popular program that I can consult with other current users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChiDesk:

Try it for yourself, it is perfect for smaller companies and user friendly. definitely worth the investment. It won't take long for employees or other workers to get used to the program, so no money wasted on training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChiDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily schedule appointments without risks of overbooking or overlapping clients. I also like that more than one person can schedule an appointment an that it's multiuser friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
