"Helps Me Keep Health Surveys Organized and Easy to Manage"

What do you like best about Checkbox?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use surveys before nutrition consultations, health education sessions, and wellness programs. They help me understand eating habits, physical activity, sleep, stress levels, health goals, and other lifestyle information before I prepare personalized nutrition guidance. I also use surveys to collect feedback after workshops and awareness sessions, so having everything organized in one place is important for me. Checkbox fits well into this workflow. Creating surveys is simple, and I can use different question types depending on the information I need. If I want to update a question or make small changes later, I can do that easily without creating the survey again. Before sharing, I always preview the survey once to make sure everything looks right. I also like that I can keep different surveys organized and quickly find them again whenever I need to reuse or update them.

Sharing surveys is also straightforward. Sometimes I send a survey using a direct link, sometimes with a QR code. Once responses start coming in, I usually check the charts first because they give me a quick idea of common response patterns. If I need more details, I can review individual responses or export the data for my records and future planning. I use Checkbox regularly, and it has become part of my normal workflow. It was easy to implement, the number of features feels right for the kind of work I do, and I have never felt that the platform is complicated. Overall, it helps me collect better information, stay organized, and spend more time preparing nutrition guidance and health education content instead of managing survey responses manually. What do you dislike about Checkbox?

One thing I would like to see improved is the survey builder. It has all the options I need, but the overall layout feels a little crowded. A cleaner and more modern design would make building and editing surveys more comfortable, especially when working on longer forms. I also noticed that longer surveys sometimes take a little extra time to load in Preview, and the same can happen while opening detailed response reports so a little better performance would make the overall experience smoother. What problems is Checkbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use surveys to collect nutrition assessments, lifestyle information, health goals, and feedback from health education sessions. Keeping all of this organized is important because I refer to it while preparing nutrition guidance and planning future health education activities. Checkbox makes this much easier by keeping responses together in one place. I can quickly review the information, understand common response patterns, and use the reports whenever I need to plan the next session or keep proper records.
