What do you like best about Chatty?

What I like most about Chatty is that it can quickly attend to our customers and also suggest products automatically, which helps us a lot to improve the shopping experience. I also like that it is an intuitive tool and easy to configure.

But, above all, I greatly value the customer service I have received from the Chatty team. From the beginning, they have been following up with us and helping us improve the artificial intelligence so that it increasingly aligns with what we seek for our customers and the way we want to serve them. What do you dislike about Chatty?

I think they could improve the response time, although I think it's sufficient, but sometimes the response time can be delayed by about 5 seconds and sometimes people find it hard to wait, but well, that could improve a bit, make it faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatty solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that Chatty helps us solve is that before we couldn't attend to all our customers immediately and simultaneously. Often, responses took longer, and we couldn't offer service during Saturdays, Sundays, or outside business hours, like in the early mornings.
