It seems quick with response time and has integrated lots of features that make the most sense for the company to grow and expand.

It's a little bit "bot-like" and sometimes the answers seem a little scripted

Chatstack definitely helps to process and manage customers in a timely manner and can help us improve our customer experience by making it easier and faster for customers to communicate with us.

**What do you like best about Chatstack?**

Live messenger is a very helpful support system tools that help in communication with customers that visit on our website. Because it's faster and easier to get to customer via chat than a call.

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

I don't like it's admin panel. Besides this everything about this is good. Its one of the tools that help to provide customer support for a website as it's not easy to help them to call.

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some time when I have trouble with website page and need help then if there is chat option than I simply go there a chat with support to provide help. Similarly I also use it's add ons for my website to provide help interface for my customer

**What do you like best about Chatstack?**

We can now communicate more easily with people who log into our website. Instantly asks us questions and we can answer them. If our visitor requests after the speech, the system also sends the correspondence note of the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

The homepage we use is a bit difficult. It could be easier. Sometimes incoming calls may be delayed, but of course it may be due to the internet. It would be great if there was a more user-friendly management panel.

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can communicate quickly and easily with our visitors. This was very important for us and thanks to this program, we communicate very easily now. The only problem is that the admin panel is a bit messy. Other than that everything is very good.

Live Help Messenger is the best online service support software that you have used , It is so efficient as well as production software to solve our communication problems. easy installation on our website and great wordpress plugins, nice feedback features and it has complete language pack.

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

As far as I know, Live Help Messenger does not have any disadvantages. I think it's great online live support platform with easy installation and low cost software.

When our customers need our support, they connect to our live agents via our website Live Help Messenger chat system and we help them faster than before, as well as easier than a phone call and we save lot of time and money in few hours.

I like that there is seemingly immediate availability to contact support help when needed. It is very reassuring to have access to this option and makes me want to continue with sites that provide this with type of support for their customers

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

Sometimes, depending on where the contact support is from, there can be slight delays or lag time in responses and very rarely language barriers that make it hard to converse with support from overseas.

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually, it will help with technical support issues or sometimes account discrepancies and that makes getting back to helping patients or taking care of my personal accounts quicker and more efficient.

It is very convenient and easy to use. Also, the customer service is reliable to access and get your queries resolved on real-time, which in thus helps my business in smoothly working.

Sometimes, the Live Help Agent assigned does take time to reply back or come online once the query is raised due to which it hampers the production time of the company when the resolution is actually required to be resolved on time.

It has helped in the smooth working of my business.
Not only it has helped to solve queries of my Customers, but as well as for my employees who consider this software to get some queries answered.

Live help messenger is helpful and efficient, I was happy it was an option.

It's a bit slow to get started and I felt like I was just waiting.

I had a question and needed a quick solution. It helped me figure out what to do next in a rather arduous process on something called ID me. I could not get to a person through a phone call.

**What do you like best about Chatstack?**

Live help messenger services are so much easier to use than having to sit on hold for hours waiting for someone to pickup and try and resolve your issue. Being able to just go in a chat window and have my problem solved in minutes is so much more efficient

**What do you dislike about Chatstack?**

The only downfall I can think of is things getting lost in translation because it does not make sense over chat or text message. So if someone does not understand the other and we have to call in our issues anyways, then it makes it pretty pointless

**What problems is Chatstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making it a lot easier to have your problem solved in minutes. Instead of having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get an answer to my problem, usually it will have quick help options or frequent problems ready to be fixed automatically

The best thing about this app is its very convenient use and can give answer and solutions every time I encounter an error with facebook. Been such a helpful app for me.

I don't have anything to dislike about this app; however, I would suggest they provide more options or suggestions for the answers they will provide and a faster response would be great!

Live chat helps me answer uncommon questions that I have about facebook. It helps me understand new features on facebook, especially reels, which is a new feature in facebook.

You can get help while continuing to look at the program that you need help with.

Language barriers or sentence structure can still be a problem, making things difficult to understand.

I have used them for both business and professional. It can be difficult getting a rep on a phone call. Chat can solve tracking problems or easy customer service.
