What do you like best about Chatsistant?

The best aspect of this platform is that its ease of building and deploy AI chatbots without having much technical expertise. Their interface is very straightforward, and their ability to train and deploy the bot on our own data is very useful, for handling repitaitve task from the customer front, human intervention can be eliminated. What do you dislike about Chatsistant?

Though their platform is easy to use, their advanced customisation and fine-tuning options are a bit limited when compared with the other platforms out there. What problems is Chatsistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatAssistant solves the problem of automating our customer support and lead qualification process, and also handling repetitive queries is a major addition in this space. With this feature, it also reduces workloads on our teams. It also enables us to give instant responses to our users and website visitors, which is very effective for the website traffic.
