What do you like best about Chative?

The interface could be considered quite simple and very user friendly. I don't have to be a tech-navy to be able to figure it out. Their support team is also very active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chative?

Sometimes it has a few bugs, but they were fixed as soon as I told them. The app is not really competitive (just basic features) now but their roadmap is quite clear and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chative solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small business owner, I try my best to keep up with all of the customer. However, there will be times when it got out of hand and the customer experience decreases. Chative came in and provided me with an AI Customer Consultant which is very assuring to me knowing my beloved customers are well taken care of even without me being online 24/7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
