What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What works best for me is how well it works with my existing process. I can provide a poorly thought-out idea, unformatted notes, a long article, or a difficult question and get an organized answer almost immediately. I use it for anything from preparation for meetings and rephrasing for clients, to brainstorming and understanding new topics. Being able to iteratively polish the output makes the product actually helpful, not just another way to search for an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I never assume that each output is always right, as sometimes it might be missing context or be wrong about the information while presenting it confidently, thus important outputs will need to be reviewed by a human anyway. Also, getting an ideal output may require practice in writing prompts, especially those related to business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves a problem of wasting time on the blank page. Instead of spending an hour formatting a report, researching a topic, or trying to figure out what to say, I can have a good starting point in minutes and then spend the time polishing it.
