I used the blocks way to create a bot. Now I switched to flows and I love it! Easy to understand, easy to manage, no skill in code needed, it's perfect! And, it works! I also like the way to manage time to time non recognised answers and act on what to say when a users types that, and those statistic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
