What do you like best about ChartLogic Practice Management?

I love how I can create templates with ease and input handouts and easily attach documents into the patient's charts. It's also very organized with the patient's health records divided into appropriate sections (encounter notes, labs, med history, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartLogic Practice Management?

What problems is ChartLogic Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall it's a good product. We were on the previous version so long and were so comfortable as a practice using it that the new version especially with the known issues not getting resolved in a timely manner for our in house servers has been frustrating. Coming from other clinics I have definitely seen more cumbersome and less ideal products than Chartlogic, so don't be afraid to give this product a look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
