The clinical quality of the notes is what sold me. From one recorded session, Chartless produced a SOAP note with correct NCP diagnoses and full PES statements, pulled the labs accurately, and carried the client's goals forward so progress is visible visit to visit. Charting that used to eat 30 minutes after every session now takes me under five, and the follow-up email is drafted before I have even closed the chart. Two things, both fixable. There is no settings panel where I can see and control exactly what data the AI can access; per-client scoping is visible in the chat, but I want the controls in my hands. And when the AI answers a question about a client, it discloses that it used a tool but does not cite the exact line of the transcript it drew from, so verifying an answer takes a manual check. I am also still implementing, so billing and the client portal on the roadmap are features I am waiting on rather than using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
