What do you like best about ChARM Health?

Software has practice management integration - appointment scheduling, reminders. Medical records are easily customizeable. Keeps inventory of my immunizations. There is a large library of note templates that can be easily adaptable. There is an app I have on my phone that has all my appointments which I can edit, change, modify, comment on. What do you dislike about ChARM Health?
