What do you like best about charles?

I use Charles for my automations and WhatsApp campaigns. It helps me communicate more effectively with my subscribers, target regions more precisely, and grow my database. I like the way our Journeys work and how many options we have for them to be set. It helps me bring new customers and open new conversations with the help of our Gorgias integration. What do you dislike about charles?
