What do you like best about Chargebee?

I like the number of functionalities that Chargebee offers. While our business cannot take full advantage of most of them, it is nevertheless quite reassuring that we can adjust our business processes around. The software offers a great deal of customization as well, allows our own branding. The customer support level is quite high as well, we have always had seamless communication when trouble-shooting. What do you dislike about Chargebee?

I do not really like the user experience when loading results. Also, the prorated charges seem to be quite confusing to the customer, so maybe a better way to present them exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Chargebee:

While our business is not the typical SaaS month-to-month subscription organization, I could recognize the potential Chargebee can bring when it comes to classic SaaS businesses (i.e. Netflix). I recommend Chargebee for its wide range of functionalities, great customer support, and success during implementation and after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have an in-house built solution. Our billing ops improved tremendously - less manual work, more invoice automation, better communication with customers; improved organizational branding; less space for human errors; bridging departmental silos that existed before. We also minimized the touchpoints of invoicing a customer - in our previous process both Sales and Customer success were responsible for the creation of invoices and their installments and sending them, while Finance/Accounting only stepped in the collection stage.
