What do you like best about Chargebee?

Chargebee gives us a reliable, centralised way to manage subscription billing across a large and growing SaaS customer base. It handles different plans, pricing structures, currencies and billing scenarios without requiring a significant amount of manual administration.

The platform is comprehensive, and the reporting and integrations give our finance and operations teams good visibility and control. We’ve also found the Chargebee team responsive and helpful when we’ve needed support or advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargebee?

As with any platform offering a lot of functionality, some areas can take time to understand and configure properly. What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargebee helps us manage recurring subscriptions, invoicing, payment collection and changes to customer plans at scale. It reduces manual billing work, provides greater consistency across our customer base and gives us the infrastructure needed to introduce new pricing and packaging as the business evolves.
