What do you like best about Chargebee?

I’ve really appreciated being able to integrate with NetSuite for both the Billing and Rev Rec modules. The integration was straightforward to set up and has become a largely hands-off process. I feel confident that the numbers are either 100% accurate or that any exceptions will be clearly flagged for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargebee?

The reporting can be a little challenging to follow at first, but overall it includes all the reporting I would need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you?

The RevRec module has been a game changer for us. As our SaaS product continues to grow, we no longer have to worry about scaling. It’s also reassuring to know we’ll remain ASC-606 compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
