What do you like best about Chargebacks911?

I find Chargebacks911 very easy to use, and our users really like it. I like being able to brand the portal to our company, easily create user profiles, and enable or disable permissions. The reporting is excellent, and it’s very user friendly. The team is amazing, and we really enjoy working with our VP of sales and assigned relationship manager. What problems is Chargebacks911 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Chargebacks911 as a chargeback portal for our merchants. I can assign users to access chargebacks and respond to card processors with documents and details to dispute them. It’s easy to use, lets us customize the portal branding and user permissions, and has excellent reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
