What do you dislike about Chapman Bright Services?

Honestly, it's hard to come up with an answer here. We have been working together for 2 years now and we never had any bad experiences. Of course, working with a consultancy partner always comes with a few hurdles in learning each other's communication style and way of working. Chapman Bright is our sparring partner for all our Marketing automation needs (using Adobe Marketo Engage). Like many companies, I am the only Marketing automation specialist on our team.
