ChangeEngine has completely changed the way we manage employee lifecycle events and internal communications. The easy-to-use platform has made it possible for us to easily automate all our employee communications in a visually impactful way. Whether it's a birthday celebration (with gift card attached!) or practical information about open enrollment, every email and Slack feels impactful. Outstanding performance with the segmentation ensures that only relevant comms are sent to particular teams or specific team members. The AI tools for crafting messages are great, but the simple integrations and individualized, hands-on attention from my ChangeEngine team is what really makes this special. The pricing is great, but the real ROI is how much time they save me. They are always available and willing to help with branding and messaging, drafting comms and programs so it's easy to just review and approve. There is a bit of a learning curve at the start to get fully up-to-speed on how to make best use of the platform. It gives my employees the individual attention they deserve without making it feel like they are being churned through a bland automated email program or generic Slackbot. The biggest benefit is saving me time so I can focus on larger strategic initiatives that impact the team in other ways.
