Whether it's a birthday celebration (with gift card attached!) or practical information about open enrollment, every email and Slack feels impactful. Outstanding performance with the segmentation ensures that only relevant comms are sent to particular teams or specific team members. The AI tools for crafting messages are great, but the simple integrations and individualized, hands-on attention from my ChangeEngine team is what really makes this special. The pricing is great, but the real ROI is how much time they save me. They are always available and willing to help with branding and messaging, drafting comms and programs so it's easy to just review and approve.
