What do you like best about Chamilo LMS?

Its ease, its deployment, multilingual, super complete. I have deployed it for a group of people who had never had any contact with technology (some of them had never used a laptop or PC) and the entire work experience on this platform was facilitated for them.

-I highly emphasize the adaptability it has on mobile devices.

-The generation and construction of certificates seems to me to be a winning item.

-The different templates it handles make it very interesting for managing different environments and groups (children, adolescents, women, men, groups, etc.)

-The session management has allowed the creation of unattended courses (MOOCs) where the new user registers and begins their virtual experience without being managed or guided by a real teacher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chamilo LMS?

Your entire unzipped project has a lot of files. Some hosting platforms do not allow unzipping a ZIP or a TAR, which makes it very time-consuming to upload the entire unzipped project via FTP, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Chamilo LMS:

Don't think about it any longer. Chamilo offers everything that other LMS tools offer. It is very robust and easy to deploy, manage, and transform if you decide to do so. You quickly realize how your users or target audience learn to use it in the shortest expected time.

I spent a lot of time comparing and deploying Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and others, and Chamilo definitely met all my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chamilo LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Facilitate the study and self-learning of homogeneous groups. Other LMS platforms become complex to manage and understand. I am a graduate of Computer Engineering from a 100% virtual university, and the LMS platform I used sometimes was complicated for me to navigate, considering that (modestly! I am skilled with technologies), so anyone who approaches this platform will find it very easy to handle without any problem.
