What do you like best about Chameleoni?

What we like most about Chameleon is that it has been built specifically for recruitment and executive search, so it fits the way our business actually works.

We have used it for many years and it gives us a single place to manage candidates, clients, companies, vacancies, searches and placements. It is flexible enough for us to adapt it around our own processes rather than having to change how we work to suit the CRM.

We also have a very large database, so the ability to search, organise and use that information properly is extremely important to us. As we increasingly use automation and AI within the business, having our core data structured properly inside Chameleon is becoming even more valuable.

Most importantly, the people behind Chameleon understand recruitment. That makes a real difference when you need support, want to develop the system further or have ideas about how it could work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chameleoni?

What problems is Chameleoni solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chameleon gives us one central system for managing a large amount of recruitment data across candidates, clients, companies, vacancies and placements.

The biggest benefit is that our consultants can see the full history of relationships and activity in one place rather than information being spread across emails, spreadsheets and individual people's records. That makes the business more efficient, improves collaboration and reduces the risk of valuable information being lost.

It also gives us a much better understanding of our database and allows us to search and use the information we have built up over many years.

More recently, it has also become the foundation for the automation and AI work we are developing across the business. Having well-structured CRM data is essential if you want to use AI properly, and Chameleon gives us that core platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
